Obama may carry MA by as much as Kerry did

U.S. Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) is on track to win Massachusetts by as wide a margin as U.S. Sen. John Kerry (D-Boston) did in 2004.

Kerry defeated President Bush by 62 to 37 percent in his home state -- a 25 point margin.

According to the latest Survey USA poll, Obama is leading U.S. Sen. John McCain in the state by 24 points -- 59 to 35 percent.

UPDATE: A Rasmussen poll gives Obama a 62 to 34 percent advantage over McCain (28 points).
